We use this CRM package since 2004 and are very happy with it. We use it to manage our customers, trouble tickets and service contracts. We use the Commit QuickBooks link to create invoices from Commit in QuickBooks. We also love the Commit Web Interface that lets our technicians and our customers to access the data from anyway using a web browser. Recommended!
